The candidate will be outbound calling to find new business for VOVO Digital, calling to offer our web development services, including SEO, E-commerce sites, brochure sites and more, and marketing services, including email marketing and social media management. The candidate will be trained by our Sales Team leader, who has years of sales experience across multiple industries.


Duties will include:

  • Outbound calling daily using data provided and converting the calls to new business leads.
  • Achieving realistic daily/weekly/monthly sales, revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Working closely with the Development Team and Team Leaders to ensure leads are generated within various business sectors.
  • Adhering to sales compliance rules – all sales are generated in line with our quality standards.
  • Proactivity in identifying opportunities for new business.
  • Inputting and maintaining prospective client information onto the company’s unique Customer Relationship Manager.
  • Dealing with client queries.
  • Building relationships with colleagues and clients, referring to the Development Team and Team Leaders for advice and support.
  • Communicating with clients in a professional manner at all times, aligned with our company values.

  • No official training or experience is required but would be beneficial,
  • DBS is required,
  • A-Level or Equivalent Qualification.
